How Do I Pay For My Order?

Online payments can be made via Paypal using the following email address: [email protected]

ORDERS PLACED  IN PERSON ...or orders originating from within Trinidad and Tobago are only considered placed or confirmed when a minimum of  50% the total cost of the item is paid to and received by the merchant.


What measurements are required for an order?

Please visit our "Customer Info" page to find the required particulars or feel free to send us an email to: [email protected] for further information.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders generally take 10 to 15 days to process and ship. 

Evening gowns and other intricate designs can take up to 30 days for production, processing and shipping.

Bridal designs require a 30 -45 day production and processing time depending on the details of the design. 

What is your return policy?


Our return policy on returns is store credit or exchange only. 

We do not offer money back unless your item arrived damaged or not as described or represented in our website image. 

If 30 days have passed since you received your online purchase, or 30 days have passed since you made a purchase at our store, we would be unable to  offer you a store credit or exchange.

Online customers would receive  store credits or cash refunds less the cost of shipping for authorized returns

Items must have the original tags still attached and must not show any evidence of being worn or washed. 

Soiled and or torn garments would not qualify for store credits or refunds. 

Refunds would be paid using Paypal to customers outside of Trinidad and Tobago.

For persons living in Trinidad and Tobago, refunds would be made in cash or by a company cheque. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send your purchase back to the manufacturer at the address below.

KINDLY NOTE:

There are certain situations where only full and partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit code will be emailed to you for future use within a stipulated amount of days depending on the item.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund when stipulated please:

 1. Call management directly at (868) 709-2477 

2. Send a WhatsApp message to (868) 709-2477

3. Send an email with the subject "URGENT REFUND INQUIRY" to [email protected]


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do replace items if they are damaged or not as described. If for some reason the item does not fit we will also replace it. If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:
