How Do I Pay For My Order?

Payments for online purchases can be made via Paypal using the following email address: [email protected]

Customers are also welcomed to make payments using the following mediums:

- Money Gram Money Transfer

- Western Union Money Transfer

- Bank to Bank Wire Transfers 

IN PERSON ORDERS  transacted within Trinidad and Tobago are only confirmed with a minimum deposit of  50% the total cost of the item paid to the merchant via direct payment or bank transfer.s

How long does it take to receive my order?

-  Orders generally take 10 to 15 days to process and ship. 

 - Evening gowns and other intricate designs can take up to 30 days for production, processing and shipping.

 -  Bridal designs require a 30 -45 day production and processing time depending on the details of the design. 

What is your return policy?


- Our policy on returns is store credit or exchange only. NO CASH REFUNDS

- We do not offer money back unless your item arrived damaged or is different from what you've ordered. 

 - Return claims submitted after 30 days of your purchase would not be honored. I with neither a return nor a store credit. Return claims MUST be made within the first 29 days of your purchase.  your return claim is made 30 days days or more after  you've received your online purchase or have purchase

- Online customers would receive  store credits or cash refunds less the cost of shipping for authorized returns

- Items must have the original tags still attached and must not show any evidence of being worn or laundered. 

- Soiled and or torn garments would not qualify for store credits or refunds. 

- Refunds would be paid 10 days after claim is approved and would be paid via Paypal to customers outside of Trinidad and Tobago.

- For persons living in Trinidad and Tobago, refunds would be paid 10 days after the claim is approved and would be paid via company cheque or bank transfer/deposit. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send your purchase  accompanied by the original bill of payment back to the manufacturer at the address below.

Items that are proven to arrive to costumers damaged or missing parts for reasons due to Diane Carlton's error, would qualify, for a full refund pending review 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

If your claim is approved one of  the following would occur depending on which action you qualify for:

1.) Your payment refund will be processed.

2.) Your store credit code would be issued and sent to you for your future use. 

3.) Your exchange of equal or lesser value will be processed and shipped to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund within the stipulated time-frame provided please:

3. Send us an email with the subject "URGENT REFUND INQUIRY" to [email protected]


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do replace items if they are damaged or not as described. 

If for some reason the item does not fit we will also replace it.
